Welcome to MyQuoteQuest. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and MyQuoteQuest (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a licensed life insurance agency located in Phoenix, Arizona.

By accessing or using our website at myquotequest.com (the “Site”) or any services offered through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

MyQuoteQuest is an online platform that allows consumers to receive term life insurance rate estimates and apply for term life insurance coverage from our carrier partner, Instabrain (the PureTerm product). We are a licensed life insurance agency; we are not a direct life insurance carrier or underwriter. We do not issue insurance policies or assume underwriting risk.

Our services include:

• An online quote funnel that collects relevant personal and health information to generate estimated life insurance rates;
• Transmission of your information to Instabrain for formal quote generation and application processing;
• Guidance on completing an online life insurance application without requiring an in-person agent or phone consultation;
• Customer support for questions related to your quote and the application process.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or our services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. Quote Accuracy and Estimates

Rates and quotes provided through the MyQuoteQuest platform are estimates only and are based solely on the information you self-report during the quote process. These estimates are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer, commitment, or guarantee of coverage at any specific premium.

Final rates are subject to full underwriting review by Instabrain, which may include a review of your medical history, prescription records, motor vehicle records, and other underwriting criteria. The final approved rate may differ from the estimate you received, and coverage may be offered at a modified rate, a different health classification, or may be declined based on the underwriting results.

MyQuoteQuest does not guarantee that you will qualify for any particular rate, coverage amount, or term length, or that your application will be approved. Any reliance on estimated rates is at your own risk.

4. Online Application Process

MyQuoteQuest enables you to apply for term life insurance coverage entirely online, without the need for an in-person agent meeting, phone sales call, or medical exam in most cases. The online application is processed directly through our carrier partner, Instabrain.

By using our platform to apply for coverage, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your application is subject to Instabrain’s underwriting guidelines, eligibility requirements, and approval process;
• Completion of the online application does not guarantee issuance of a policy;
• Any policy issued will be governed by the terms and conditions of Instabrain’s policy documents, not by these Terms;
• You are responsible for reviewing all policy documents carefully before accepting coverage;
• MyQuoteQuest acts only as an agent facilitating the application and is not responsible for any underwriting decision made by Instabrain.

5. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

The information provided on this Site, including rate estimates, coverage suggestions, and educational content, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice. Nothing on this Site should be construed as a recommendation to purchase a specific insurance product, coverage amount, or term length.

We strongly encourage you to consult with a licensed financial advisor, attorney, or tax professional before making decisions about life insurance or financial planning. MyQuoteQuest and its employees, agents, and representatives are not liable for any decisions you make based on information presented on this Site.

6. User Obligations and Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. The Site is not intended for use by individuals under 18. If you are under 18, you may not use this Site or submit a quote request.
• Accuracy: All information you provide through the Site — including your date of birth, health status, tobacco use, height, weight, contact information, and any other details — is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may be considered insurance fraud and may result in denial of coverage, policy rescission, or legal consequences.
• Legal Capacity: You have the legal authority and capacity to enter into binding agreements and to apply for life insurance coverage.

• WARRANTIES THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

MYQUOTEQUEST DOES NOT WARRANT OR REPRESENT THAT USE OF THE SITE WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYQUOTEQUEST AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Decisions made in reliance on rate estimates or information provided on the Site;
• Denial or delay of coverage by any insurance carrier;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any other matter relating to the Site or services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MYQUOTEQUEST’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred. This limitation applies regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
