Carrier Partner — Instabrain

We partner exclusively with Instabrain, the provider of the PureTerm life insurance product, to deliver quotes and process applications. When you submit a quote request through MyQuoteQuest, we transmit your information to Instabrain for the purpose of generating a personalized rate and facilitating your online application. Instabrain’s use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review it before completing an application.

Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers to help us operate the Site and deliver our services. These include web hosting providers, analytics platforms, email delivery services, and CRM systems. Service providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us, and they are required to maintain appropriate security standards.

Legal Requirements

By submitting the quote request form on our Site, you expressly consent to receive communications from MyQuoteQuest and our carrier partner Instabrain, including by:

• Automated telephone calls and/or pre-recorded messages to the phone number you provided;
• Text messages (SMS and MMS), including messages sent via an automated telephone dialing system;
• Emails to the email address you provided.

This consent is given even if the phone number you provided is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any insurance product or service.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

To opt out of SMS messages: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To opt out of email communications, click the “Unsubscribe” link in any email we send you, or contact us at privacy@myquotequest.com.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
